The assessment is free right now, so there is nothing to refund. This policy applies if and when paid plans launch.

We review refund requests for IT Role Match purchases on itrolematch.app case by case, especially for duplicate charges, failed delivery, or payment errors.

• No refunds after a completed report has been generated and delivered.
• If payment works but your assessment or report does not unlock, contact support.
• Approved refunds remove access tied to that purchase.
